Crypto tokens like KROWN Coin are intangible digital assets that exist only by virtue of the ownership record maintained on the blockchain. All smart contracts are executed on decentralized blockchain technology, which is in early stages of development and considered experimental. Krown Technologies makes no guarantees or promises regarding the functionality of smart contracts and is not responsible for any losses related to the blockchain or associated digital wallets.

Neither Krown Technologies, nor its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, employees, agents, or contractors, will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, business reputation, data, or costs of substitute goods or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
