# Transaction Fees

## **Buy/Transfer Tax (5%)**

* Reflection: 1% is redistributed to all KROWN holders, encouraging long-term holding and passive

  income.
* Charity: 1% is allocated to the charity wallet, ensuring consistent funding for community-driven

  donations.
* Liquidity Pool (LP): 1% is directed to the liquidity pool to ensure stable trading conditions.
* Marketing: 1% is reserved for marketing and ecosystem growth.
* Burn: 1% of the total transaction is burned, gradually reducing the total supply and adding

  deflationary pressure.

## **Sell Tax (10%)**

* Reflection: 2% is redistributed to KROWN holders, encouraging retention and supporting price

  stability.
* Charity: 1% is allocated to the charity wallet for community donations.
* Liquidity Pool (LP): 2% is directed to the liquidity pool, ensuring long-term liquidity for trading.
* Marketing: 2% is reserved for marketing efforts, partnerships, and ecosystem expansion.
* Burn: 2% of the total transaction is burned, further reducing the supply and increasing scarcity

  over time.
* Development Fund: 1% is allocated to ongoing development and future project expansions.

## **Vesting Schedule**

* Private Sale: Tokens purchased during the private presale will be unlocked gradually, with only

25% unlocked at launch. The remaining 75% will be unlocked linearly over 6 months,

preventing early investors from dumping large amounts and protecting the token price.
* Team & Advisors: Tokens allocated to the team and advisors will be locked for 3 months and then

linearly vested over the next 18 months to ensure long-term commitment to the project’s success.

## **Staking Rewards**

Staking Pool: 25% of the total supply is reserved for staking rewards, incentivizing validators and ensuring the security and decentralization of the Krown Blockchain. Stakers earn rewards based on their stake, helping to secure the network by validating transactions.

Dynamic Rewards: The staking rewards will dynamically adjust based on the total amount of KROWN staked and the number of active validators. This ensures a fair distribution of rewards while maintaining network security.
