# Arbitration

Both you and **Krown Technologies** agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with **KROWN Coin** will be resolved exclusively through individual arbitration. These disputes will be settled in 121 accordance with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Model Mediation Procedures, with a mediator nominated by the CEDR. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to recourse in the Courts of Law.
