Arbitration

Both you and Krown Technologies agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with KROWN Coin will be resolved exclusively through individual arbitration. These disputes will be settled in 121 accordance with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Model Mediation Procedures, with a mediator nominated by the CEDR. By agreeing to these terms, you waive your right to recourse in the Courts of Law.
