# Governance Structure

The Krown Network adopts a decentralized governance model, allowing KROWN Coin holders to have a say in the future of the ecosystem. Key governance features include:

* **Voting Rights**: By staking their KROWN, holders can participate in voting on protocol upgrades, changes to transaction fees, and decisions related to the development of the ecosystem.
* **Proposal System**: Any KROWN holder can submit proposals for changes or improvements to the network. Once a proposal reaches a specific threshold of support, it moves to a community-wide vote.
* **Transparency**: All governance decisions are recorded on the Krown Blockchain, ensuring full transparency and accountability within the network.

This decentralized governance structure ensures that the Krown Network is a community-driven project, empowering holders to influence its evolution.
