# Transaction Fees and Taxes

* **Buy/Transfer Tax**: A 5% tax is applied to all buy and transfer transactions. This tax is split

  between the liquidity pool, charity, and marketing funds.
* **Sell Tax**: A 10% sell tax is applied, with the additional funds being used for liquidity,

  marketing, charity, and reflections for existing holders. This tax discourages short-term

  trading and incentivizes long-term holding.
