# Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters related to **KROWN Coin** will be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Malta. Any legal actions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malta, and by using **KROWN Coin**, you waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue.
